J1 Program is a structured Internship & Training program designed for professional development of an intern/trainee in hospitality their chosen field for up to 12 months. It is a non-immigrant visa category monitored by the US Department of State.
One Agency facilitates this program specifically for young Hospitality students/ graduates to train in leading Hotels across USA and learn about American culture and business standards while gaining practical work experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with Bachelors degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Tourism – currently pursuing or graduated.
1-2 years Diploma/Craft Course/ HSC with minimum 5 years of full-time industry experience.
Age: 18 to 30 years.
Ex – J1 candidates can apply.
